When searching properties online most people print out each listing using paper, toner to print listings that may not meet their criteria or will be sold before they can view the property. We suggest saving them using your Online Property Organizer to save properties you are interested in then we can work together to analyze if they are a viable option. Once you save them to your account we can share information without printing documents and wasting time, paper and ink. By conserving resources and using technology we increaseefficiency reducing potential pitfalls.

2. Save Time and Money by using our Client Paperless Document System (Login)
We try our best to utilize technology to not only speed the process and allow all parties to access our online paperless system so duplicate, triplicate copies have to printed. Email and online access to documents saving time, money and trees. We will assist you along the way if you aren't super technical savvy so don't worry our system is easy to use. At the close of each transaction we will provide you with a Triple8 branded CD of your documents, images and any other info related to your transaction for your records eliminating the enormous manila folder with hundreds of copies being reprinted and stored in a box. Going completely paperless for any transaction is almost impossible due to difficulties with standardizing digital signatures and the need for loan applications and loan docs. There is a physical paper trail for now but we are doing our best to eliminate as many print jobs as possible.

If you are out-of-state and own property in Las Vegas you should have an experienced permitted property manager managing your property. Please review our full list of property management services. We screen tenants for your rentals and we ask owners to provide us with proof that the mortgage is being paid so you don't get suprise eviction from a bank foreclosure.
