Going Green by using a Paperless Document System
We try our best to utilize technology to not only speed the process and allow all parties to access our online paperless system so duplicate, triplicate copies have to printed. Email and online access save time money and trees. We will assist you along the way if you aren't super technical savvy so don't worry our system is easy to use. At the close of each transaction we will provide you with a CD of document for your records eliminating the enormous manila folder with hundreds of copies being reprinted. Going green completely for any transaction is almost impossible due to difficulties with standardizing digital signatures and the need for loan applications and loan docs. There is a physical paper trail for now but we are doing our best to eliminate as many print jobs as possible.
