Q: Why Join Triple8 instead of the dozens of other real estate brokerages in Las Vegas?

A: At the end of the day, you have to compare apples to apples. What do I get for my money and is the company I am trusting to assist with my buyers and sellers going to meet my needs. Interview at least three brokerages then make an appointment with Triple8 to compare.

Make sure you look at all of the factors when choosing to move your license to a new brokerage. There are many questions that need to be answered before you sign on with any company.       • A - This depends if you are a seasoned Agent or an Agent who needs training. Leads provided to Agents have a generous split.
    • Q - What is the transaction fee?
      • A - Our Transaction Fee is $500
    • Q - What marketing tools does the Broker provide to help you succeed?
      • A - Good question and we provide a host of templated print and online services that no other brokerage provides so bring your notes from your other interviews.
    • Q - How many agents do they have?
      • A - Good question, how many agents per Broker is important. At Triple8 we intend on keeping our agent numbers under 20 producing agents.
    • Q - How many offices do they have?
      • A - As you may have noticed many of the big brokerages have downsized to one or two offices. At Triple8 we have a an private office for our agents to use plus expanded conference space as needed on a pay as you use process.
    • Q - How long have they been in business?
      • A - Ask about there backgrounds and how they feel about mentoring. At Triple8 we feel that we are always evolving using the best tools of old school real estate mixed with current technologies to give us a competitive edge.
    • Q - Do they use a paperless system?
      • A - Do they? At Triple8 we strive to keep the papers and copies at a minimum not only save on costs but also are concerned about recycling and other environmental issues
    • Q - What about the Web and how does it fit into their marketing plan?
      • A - Ask them to spell it out we do.
    • Q - How are leads distributed if they are at all?
      • A - How are incoming leads dispersed to agents is a key factor? Do they charge per lead or just increase the split?
