This secure document center allows other participants such as mortgage officers, escrow officers and real estate agents to access and upload documents during the transaction. The end result is a complete set of documents packaged and burned on a CD for your records. This process not only makes the entire process easy but is saves storing paper documents and a few trees.
If you are a Buyer or Seller the process is basically the same. Once you decided to move forward with your real estate transaction we will create an secure online account using our paperless transaction system for you so reviewing, signing and keeping tabs on the process is as easy as logging into your email account. If you are out of state or reside outside of the United States we can complete all transactions via Docusign™, by eSign™, the leading secure online signing system that allows you to receive documents via email and sign using secure login and signing process.
Docusign™ is easy to use with no special software needed. First, you will receive a secure transaction Access Code either by email or telephone that will allow you to unlock the transaction email when it arrives. The Access Code along with your email address will insure that you will be the only person to utilize the secure signing process. We can also add a third layer or security to the process if needed by utilizing DocuSign ID Check RSA Security to secure the transaction*. At the end of your transaction whether it is a purchase or sale you will receive a CD which includes all transaction documents, images, home inspection documents in PDF form with any other transaction data for archiving/record keeping instead of the 150 page folder with legal size paper. Every transaction makes a difference.
