Our Application Process is very simple easy process if you are in Las Vegas or relocating to Las Vegas. If you have any questions please contact us.

1. Fill out and Submit Signed Rental Application via fax to 702-948-5790 or drop off at our office (Four Applicants per Rental Application)
2. Submit Payment $45 per Adult (Pay Online with Credit Card using Paypal See Below #4)
• Once all of the above is received we will process your application. Be sure you choose the correct amount of adults when processing your payment. This application fee is non-refundable.
3. Submit Copies of Current Paycheck Stub or (3) Months Bank Statements if Self-Employed
4. You do not need to create a PayPal Account if you have one great, otherwise click "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or debit card. Click Continue without an account and you can checkout without creating one.
